Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. In the course of a year she was awarded her Professional Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16. When she was 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year by competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she came in third. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
